At Leggett we turn west to follow CA 1, the Pacific Coast Highway (PCH), a road on every biker's list. Two years ago I rode the entire length, from here to Dana Point, Los Angeles. The northern section is perhaps the most challenging, tight curves above steep cliffs, and dense fog.
