I ride back up from Tabcat Bridge, and down again one more time to make sure I have the feel of it and get a good run. Satisfied, and having earned the patch and the tee-shirt I purchased, I ride another few hours before checking in for the night. I learn later that a biker is killed on this stretch six days after my ride.
