August 8 Idaho Falls to Cooke City (288 mi) - We reach Idaho Falls by nightfall, and in the morning follow the Snake River on US 26 towards Teton Pass at 8431 feet (2570 m), where we cross into Wyoming and ride down to Jackson, a spectacular route.
