Hardangervidda is Europe's largest mountain plateau, with an area of 6500 sq km (2500 sq mi) at an average elevation of 1100 m (3500 ft), the highest point at Sndfloeggi, 1721 m (5646 ft), and holds one of Norway's largest glaciers, Hardangerjøkulen.
